The International Equity Fund has diversified the portfolio management in the following manner:

1. Blended bottom-up, core investment approach seeking companies that are undervalued relative to their economic sector and country peers
2. Value oriented top-down view of country and industry sectors, combined with a bottom-up approach to stock selection
3. Blended basic value focusing on, consistent earnings, emerging franchises, and companies that are selling at a discount to their intrinsic value

The Fund is designed for investors seeking Capital Gains from both growth in International Equity markets and the capture of foreign exchange movements over a mid to long term horizon.
